Minnesota Antibiotic Resistance Collaborative (MARC)

The Minnesota Antibiotic Resistance Collaborative (MARC) is a broad-based collaborative of health care organizations.

MARC is committed to decreasing antibiotic resistance in Minnesota and promoting the appropriate use of antibiotics by:

• Supporting provider efforts to use antibiotics appropriately.
  
  
• Decreasing inappropriate public demand for antibiotic therapy.
  
  
• Reducing risks and costs associated with antibiotic overutilization.
  
  
• Increasing knowledge regarding effective strategies for decreasing antibiotic resistance.
